This website does not collect patient medical information. Appointments are booked through BRASHA's secure online booking portal, Aesthetic Record, which is operated separately and has its own privacy terms.

Call-back requests

If you use our "Request a Call Back" form, we collect only the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred contact time and any short message. Please do not include medical history in this form.

We use these details only to contact you about your consultation. They are stored securely and can be viewed only by authorized BRASHA staff. We never sell them.

Emails

When you submit a request, we send you a confirmation email, and our staff receive an email alert containing the details you submitted so they can respond. These emails are sent from notify.brashamedspa.com.
